Capoeira is more than a martial art. It is a dialogue between the body and spirit, a dance of survival and resistance, and a celebration of the African diaspora’s enduring legacy. At Celeiro de Bamba, we honour this heritage while fostering a space for personal growth and cultural exchange.

Our classes focus on the core elements of capoeira: ginga (the foundational movement), technique, music, and rodas (the capoeira circle). You’ll learn to move with purpose, develop rhythm, and engage in the artful dialogue of capoeira.
